Online store only — no public collection
Mood Merch offers apparel, accessories, and merchandise, including collection-based products such as T-shirts, hoodies, mugs, tumblers, and similar items. We aim to display product descriptions, pricing, colours, and images as accurately as possible, but slight variations may occur depending on screens, lighting, printing processes, and production runs.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Adding an item to cart or completing checkout does not automatically mean the order is accepted. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where:

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.
Payment is made by card or any other payment methods made available at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time before an order is placed. Obvious pricing errors may be corrected, and affected orders may be cancelled before fulfilment.
We currently aim to deliver orders within 5 to 7 working days using Courier Guy, PUDO, or similar delivery partners. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on location and circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
Where applicable, consumers may also have statutory rights under South African law, including a 6-month implied warranty of quality for defective goods under the Consumer Protection Act.
Where Chapter 7 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act applies, consumers may have a statutory cooling-off right in certain electronic transactions. That right is subject to exclusions, including goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised goods. If Mood Merch fails to provide the information required by section 43 of the Act, the consumer may have an additional right to cancel in accordance with the Act.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and any disputes will be handled subject to applicable South African law and the rights of consumers under that law.
